A top request I hear is to add payments to the site, with something such as Affirm or Afterpay.
This happens especially when I write about A314 Dark Water. Most people know the value of A314 and want to experience this limited release before it runs out.
Dan (the man who runs this site behind the scenes) dug into researching these services this summer and found that not all are built equally. Some are more aggressive than others.
We love our customers, we have a lot of personal contact, and we really don’t want you getting into any trouble.
What he found is that the service called Klarna is more pro consumer than the others.
Klarna offers short term payments that are completely interest free. If something goes wrong, it offers a softer landing than most.
Think of it this way. Klarna started in Sweden. It’s sort of like the Volvo of these services.
So that’s what we’re proud to offer you.
The first of their services, which you’ll find available as a checkout option, is 4 equal payments over 2 months…
If this is something you’re interested in, please find it in the checkout options, right alongside cards and PayPal.
PS — Klarna’s CEO, Sebastian Siemiatkowski, really does think differently. Klarna is trying to separate itself from the blood sucking mindset that’s dominating both banking and Silicon Valley. You can easily search YouTube and Google for several of Sebastian’s interviews.
Dan is right. He’s a neat guy that’s trying harder than most to make something of value. It’s a good match for what we’re trying to do here at Androtics.
If you’ve tried these services, and you have a particular favorite that you’ve used for some time, just let me know and we’ll consider adding it.
